Why Designers Apply

A lower-risk way to launch, sell, and test your collection in the real world.

01

Launch without the overhead

Debut a new drop in a fully merchandised space — no lease, no build-out, no long-term commitment.

02

Sell direct & test demand

Put your pieces in front of real shoppers and see what resonates before you scale — and keep every insight.

03

Meet who moves brands

Buyers, stylists, editors, and press pass through this room — a harder door to open on your own.

Ways To Use The Space

A trunk show, an activation, or a full month. We build the format around your goal.

Trunk show
A single day on the floor, selling your collection face to face with shoppers.
Weekend pop-up
Two or three days, more foot traffic, and more time to turn interest into sales.
Brand activation
An experience-led event designed to get people talking about your brand, not just buying from it.
Promotional event
Launch a new drop or push a seasonal collection with a real event built around it.
Presentation day
A showroom-style day to present your collection to press, buyers and industry guests.
Monthly residency
A full month in the space for brands that want a longer run in SoHo.

Not sure which one fits? Tell us what you want to get out of it in the form below, and we'll put together an option built around your brand.

What Designers Say

Brands that opened their doors here.

"Two boutique buyers found us that weekend — one became a standing wholesale account. That one connection paid for the whole event."

Founder · Contemporary Womenswear

"We sold through more than half the collection in three days and finally learned which pieces our customer actually buys, not just likes."

Designer · Fine Jewelry

"I showed up with a rolling rack and opened that afternoon. Being in SoHo with real foot traffic and press walking in isn't something I could set up on my own."

Creative Director · Menswear

Good To Know

Questions designers ask us most

What's actually included with the space?+
Turnkey retail fixtures — racks, displays, and everything needed to merchandise and sell your collection. You bring the product; we've handled the setup.
What does it cost to exhibit?+
There's no charge to apply. Space booking starts at $1,500. Once we review and confirm your application is a fit, we'll recommend the collaboration options best suited to your brand and guide you through the next steps.
How long is a typical event?+
It's flexible. Designers book anything from a single-day trunk show to a multi-day weekend pop-up or a full month in the space. Tell us what you're trying to achieve and we'll put together an option built around your brand.
Who will actually be in the room?+
A curated mix of fashion-forward shoppers and industry professionals, as well as your own clients and friends, who you're welcome to invite.
Do I run and staff the event myself?+
Yes. You bring, merchandise, and sell your own collection during your dates — the space, racks, and fixtures are set up for you, but the selling is yours. Plan to staff the event for the days you book.
Can international brands or other categories apply?+
Yes. We review brands across womenswear, menswear, accessories, footwear, jewelry, beauty, and lifestyle — including designers based outside the US. Just tell us about yours in the form.
Does applying commit me to anything?+
No. Applying simply starts the conversation. Once you've seen the available dates and details, you decide whether to move forward.
